Every planned visit, performed and proven.
The maintenance plan says a visit is due. This is where it becomes a real job on a technician's phone, and comes back as evidence you can hand to an auditor.
How a planned visit moves
Servisa generates the visit from the maintenance plan attached to the asset, so nobody has to remember it. It arrives already knowing which equipment it covers, which checklist that equipment requires, and which certification the technician needs to hold.
Dispatch matches it to a technician by skill, certification and region, against the capacity they actually have that week. The technician opens it on their phone with the asset's plan, its last five visits and the parts the plan expects to consume.
In every visit
The checklist its asset type requires
Preventive, inspection and statutory visits each carry their own steps, so compliance evidence is captured while the technician is still on site.
Readings, not just tick boxes
Capture the measurements the equipment actually needs — brake wear, insulation resistance, refrigerant pressure — and trend them across visits.
Parts and time as they happen
What was fitted and how long it took is logged against the visit and priced from the contract, not reconstructed at month end.
Photos and customer signature
Before-and-after photos and an on-screen signature close the visit, and both stay on the asset's permanent record.
The awkward cases, handled
No signal on site
The field app is offline-first. Visits, checklists, readings, photos and signatures are captured on the device and sync when the technician reconnects.
A fault found during a PM
Raise corrective work from inside the visit, carrying the asset, the reading that flagged it and the photos already taken.
The visit spans two trades
Assign more than one technician with separate checklists, and close the visit only when both parts are signed off.
See it on your own equipment
Send us a typical maintenance checklist and we'll show you how the visit runs end to end in Servisa.
