Maintenance plans

Turn every contract into a plan that runs itself.

Preventive visits are generated from your agreements and laid over the real capacity of your technicians — so the schedule you publish is one you can actually staff.

The plan builds itself

Every contract states how often its assets must be visited. Servisa turns that into a dated schedule for the whole year, per asset, without anyone maintaining a parallel calendar in a spreadsheet that only one person understands.

From there it becomes a capacity problem rather than a memory problem. Balance a week by dragging visits between days and technicians; the contract commitments stay intact underneath, and anything that would breach them is flagged instead of silently moved.

How a plan is defined

Interval or runtime

Schedule on a calendar cycle, on operating hours, or on whichever comes first — matching how the equipment actually wears.

Checklist and readings

Each plan carries the steps and measurements its asset type requires, so every visit produces comparable evidence.

Skill and certification

State who is allowed to perform it. Dispatch only offers the visit to technicians who hold that certification.

Expected parts

Attach the consumables a visit normally needs, so stock is checked before the van leaves rather than discovered on site.

How scheduling works

Capacity-based assignment

Visits are matched to technicians by skill, certification and region, against the hours they actually have free that week.

Route clustering

Visits near each other are grouped into the same day, cutting travel between sites without breaking the contract window.

Compliance documents attached

The certificate or report each visit must produce is attached to the visit itself, so the paperwork closes with the job.

Breach warnings, not silent moves

If rescheduling would push a visit outside its contractual window, Servisa says so before you commit to it.

What it prevents

Missed contractual visits

Overdue preventive work surfaces on the dashboard well before it becomes a penalty or a lost renewal.

Risk

Uneven technician load

See who is over-committed for the week before the week begins, not on Thursday afternoon.

Capacity

Emergency-driven weeks

Planned work absorbs the faults you would otherwise meet as callouts, at a fraction of the cost.
