Acceptance
By creating an account or using Servisa, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your organization.
Use of the service
You may use Servisa for your lawful business operations. You are responsible for your users, your data and keeping credentials secure.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed per user, in advance, monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can change or cancel your plan at any time.
Acceptable use
No unlawful, abusive, or infringing activity, and no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Servisa's liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior twelve months.
Termination
Either party may terminate with notice. On termination you can export your data for 30 days before it is deleted.
